Management Team
Bruce Madden, President and CEO
Bruce is a native San Diegan and grew up in Chula Vista. His strong entrepreneurial
drive has led him to successfully own multiple businesses and Real Estate properties.
Bruce founded West Coast Cabling in 1987. Since then, he has grown the company from
a two person company to a 32 employee organization with multiple locations. With
his 23 years of experience in Telecommunication integrations, Bruce has successfully
acquired eight Voice and Data Companies in both Northern and Southern California.

Roger Ramsey, Vice President
Serving as Vice President of WCCNS, Roger has been employed since 2001. Originally
from Southern Oregon, he has lived in San Diego, California since 1997. He retired
from the U.S. Navy in early 2001, with a background as an Interior Communications
Electrician Senior Chief. Earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Southern Illinois
University of Carbondale in Workforce Education and Development. Recently certified
as a Converge Technology Expert CTP and Platinum Sales Professional with Toshiba.

Delia Arguilez, Controller HR
Delia joined WCCNS in May 1997 as the Office Manager. She supported herself through
school and obtained her certificate in Computerized Accounting at El Dorado College.
Delia was then promoted to Controller / Human Resources. She has helped the company
grow the past 10 years by contributing her knowledge of multiple departments she
was worked in through her 10 years with WCCNS.

Christie Kiley, Project Manager
Christie joined the West Coast Cabling Network Solutions Team in February 2006.
She brings 10 years of Project Management experience, holds many certifications
as well as a PMP certification. She is well versed in Telco services and multiple
phone systems. Christie has managed a vast territory, of Southern California, and
Las Vegas, NV. Her commitment to outstanding customer service provides our customers
with an effortless implementation of our services.

Parker Hayes, Operations Manager
Parker joined West Coast Cabling in 2000 as a Cable Technician. He worked his way
up in the company and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2005. With his practical
experience of installations and product knowledge, he is able to achieve a high
caliber of Customer Service with the Technical Staff and Customer Support department.
Parker is also furthering his education at a State University.
